Sorry I have not used it yet. But one thing I need help with is to delete the WiFi it connected to. It is 5ghz and needs to be 2.4.

We did research for a portable power station and are comfortable with our decision. The customer service is excellent and informed the shipment status well. Their emails are in a very polite manner. We just received the unit, so not ready to review its performance, but so far, we are happy with the solar panels' light weight and the design. The unit is heavy, but the size is compact enough, and the built-in carrier is convenient. But it IS too heavy for a woman in 50s to lift. Since we live in NH, solar charging is not exactly the most efficient, and we did not anticipate the unit to charge quickly like it would do in the south/ south west. We are in fall now, and it took us 2 full days (the total sun exposure was about 12 hours) to charge the unit to 100%. We hope it will be better in summer. The best feature of this unit we think is the fact that it can recharge and discharge at the same time. We are hopeful it will perform well, but I intend to write another review when we test the unit for some appliances.

I'm one of first kick starters who pledged to OUKITEL P5000 Pro.
Before the Pro model was available, OUKITEL is kind enough to send me a P5000 to use. As a green power advocate, I've created a solar corner in my house where everything is powered by solar. I've connected a freezer, a water heater (800W), a rice cooker and an oven(1000W) on the AC outlets. I charge the P5000 through a fixed 600W solar panel and occasionally through AC. The unit performed miraculously during my 3 months usage.
Then I received my Pro model which added the WIFI connection option and Apps to monitor the status of the unit. I'm in US and it turns out the App Wonderfree works better for me.
The Pro worked flawlessly 24/7 for another 4 months then lost AC output and display one day. I reached out to the support team. After a few email exchanges, they added my Wechat account to speed up the communication. To help me send the unit back for inspection, they kindly sent me an empty box with all the packing materials and free UPS pick up. Once they received my unit, a brand new P5000 Pro was sent to me within a few days. Kudos to the excellent customer support of OUKITEL.
Here is a picture of P5000 Pro work side-by-side with Ecoflow Delta Pro. The flat top of P5000 Pro is great for stacking an oven on top to save space. P5000 Pro works as the main unit and Ecoflow is my backup to store extra solar power. The UPS feature on Pro works great which allows me to use Ecoflow's AC power to support all the AC loads on Pro and charging Pro at the same time.
Another picture shows I've connected 3 200W portable solar panels in series to collect extra power. The 1st solar panel is from OUKITEL, also very good quality comparable to the last one from Bluetti.
I only give 4 star due to the unfortunate break down of 1st unit. I hope my 2nd unit will withstand the test of time.
