The only time I ever had issues was when it started flipping on and off of mains power and it turned out I had a badly bonded phase of power on my roof causing HUGE voltage drops! The P5000 not only survived it but ultimately was the reason I even noticed it!
After doing a search on solar generators I decided to buy the Oukitel 2001 Plus with the 400 watts solar panel for its effectiveness and cost, it's very easy to understand and use. Also they sent me the trolley which I needed because I am a handicap person, I will used in emergency situations, blackouts and during hurricane season since I live in Florida. This is my first solar generator and I am very happy with my purchase, it works 100% on all the electrical appliances in my house, I feel comfortable and calm because my house will always be protected by the Oukitel power system. Sorry I have not used it yet. But one thing I need help with is to delete the WiFi it connected to. It is 5ghz and needs to be 2.4.
