Yes! It's completely free! There are no membership fees or hidden costs. It's just our way of saying thank you for being a loyal customer!
3. How long do I qualify for each tier?
At Oukitel, you keep your tier status for a full year—or until you level up to the next one!
4. How do I cancel Oukitel membership?
Contact our customer service team to cancel your account. Points will be reset to zero.

Logged out users can become Oukitel members again through the registration process. Points will be recalculate.

If you wish to re-register as a member, to ensure successful login, please use a different email account for registration.
5. How do I use the $15 stackable coupon after signing up?
You can use the $15 stackable discount together with already discounted items during the Oukitel Sale. However, it can’t be combined with other stackable coupons. This coupon is valid for all products except cable-type accessories. There’s no minimum purchase required. To redeem it, please make sure to copy and paste both the coupon code and your email address at checkout. Please note that this discount coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. For full details, please check your email.

2. Do my points expire?
Yes! To ensure your points don't expire, be sure to complete an activity (like adding your birthday or placing an order) within 12 months.
3. Do subscription orders qualify for reward loyalty points?
Yes! You'll earn points on every subscription order.
4. Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
Earn as many points as you can—we dare you! The number of points you can earn is uncapped, so shop and earn away.
5. What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you make a return, the points you earned from the purchase will be deducted from your account.
6. When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it. This is for fraud protection, and you will still get your points after approximately 30 days.

We provides you a wealth of benefits. Points can be redeemed for coupons, Oukitel product, interesting gift and more. Please use the rewards within the validity period. Refer to the member homepage for details. Users can redeem rewards a limited number of times within a certain period; you will receive a system alert when the redemption limit has been reached. Once you enter a new cycle, you can redeem again.

5. Can the redeemed products be shipped with products I purchased from Oukitel?
No. Redeemed products (an item obtained through point redemption or from the draw) will be shipped separately and will be delivered within 35 working days.
